I stayed for the second time with Eduardo, super cool people, nice, quick responses, always very requested. The property is very well located, safe and quiet. I went twice to work, met me super well. The building has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks, logically with separate costs, but it generates very great tranquility. I recommend and certainly next year will be there again.

We were among three friends to enjoy the carnival. The apartment is a little away from the places with more movements, something that you already knew in the reservation and that would not affect, even after the end of the stadia, the reservation made. The apartment is within a gated condominium, super insurance and has a grocery/convenience that made it much easier to buy everyday items, including drinks, water, energy, etc. I had a problem with the address, but without any responsibility of the host or Airbnb, I only write to raise awareness, as Uber ends up sending, according to the address of the condominium, to another isolated place, in which there is no housing or established, which is valid for notice. Therefore, after booking, please inform yourself of the name of the condominium, in order to avoid inconvenience with Uber. Finally, a simple but extremely clean apartment, comfortable, tidy and with various utensils to spend days quietly. Super recommend!

My stay was just amazing! Since the first contact, the host was extremely attentive, always available to ask questions and give great indications. The space was impeccable – clean, comfortable and with everything we needed to make us feel at home. My daughter loved it so much she wants to come back! In addition, the common areas of the site are wonderful, and the employees have always been very helpful. It was a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

I loved it too much. Apê super cozy and well located, it's between recess and Barra, I was able to do everything and go everywhere. I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I will definitely be back fromq for a while 😃
