Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining table, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

***We are located in England, not Wales. NOTE the staircase is very steep so young children will need to be supervised when upstairs. A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
