No common areas with the owner - you have the entire apartment to yourselves. Old Danish yellow farmhouse on the outside, spacious and cosy single-room living space on the inside. Close to a lot of outdoor places for biking and hiking but also to some cosy northern jutland towns: Tolne nature park 2 km, beaches 10 - 12 km west/east side, Skagen 30 km. Tolne station is 2.5 km, it's easy to go by train, with or without your bike. Close to the ferry of Hirtshals or Frederikshavn, if your on your way to Norway or Sweden. A short distance from the long sandy beaches, forest, and dune landscape, you find the cottage, on the farm Fredborg. A spacious holiday home with convenience in quiet and private surroundings - washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer and espresso machine, which completes the stay just 20 km from Skagen. Here is the perfect starting point with a short distance to the many attractions - with main roads and the train station close by, you can easily get to everything.

Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
