Shops, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to Dyreparken and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand city centre. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla city centre. The washout, linen/towel are not included in the price.

The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.
