Monthly Rentals in Mosquito Lagoon

Cleanliness is always my biggest concern. Very, very, very, very, very clean!!! Try to catch a space shuttle launch check before you stay so you can be ready! We watched it from the balcony because we didn't think we would run downstairs and across the street fast enough. Close to everything.

The location of this stay was absolutely perfect. There’s lots of activities in the area to keep you busy and to make things even better the Airbnb itself was fantastic, never before have I felt such comfort while staying away from home. I highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this property for what it has to offer

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

The place was just what we needed. Quiet out of the way yet centrally located to most of what we wanted to do. Alyssa and her husband were very accommodating and friendly. Even their children were very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this stay.
