Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Historic cottage in Cameron Park

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Featured in book, "Historic Homes of Waco." Located on the historic Waco Penland estate, the cottage was built in 1924 and is newly renovated. Gorgeous new kitchen with marble countertop and subway tile. New bath has large shower & new fixtures, new carpet and tile. Tempurpedic mattress. We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.
