This is a very nice apartment big enough for 5 is very clean. The balcony is large and overlooks the pool. The residence is quiet with parking right in front of the property and security service to enter the complex. An elevator in case you have large suitcases. Fadoua the landlady is very kind. She welcomed us like we were family. She lives right next door and responded to all of our requests right away. It is discreet while being efficient. One of the best Airbnb we've done, thank you again for a lovely stay.

The Beautiful View!

We're back from a more than a perfect stay. From start to finish, this home is beyond what we expected . Home located close to all attractions( restaurants and beaches ) Just breathtaking view that we will miss, with a sunrise over the sea and the mountain not overlooked. The safety of the residence means that you can live outdoors with children without any risk . The accommodation is functional and impeccable . Nasser and his wife had several touches and made us feel at home. In short , go for a great vacation. Thank you again Nasser , we are demanding and you were able to fully satisfy us. I hope to see you soon!

The link via maps was not accurate with me, I had to call Moha to get clear instructions. The hill you have to drive up is a spicy ride, are busy restoring the track. Once at the house, we were warmly welcomed by the ladies. Since we were the first customers, we were allowed to choose our apartment ourselves. Rachid immediately gave us a bag of tea and cookies, together with the necessary explanations of the area and a tour of the house. On the rooftop terrace you have a sublime view of Chefchaouen. The apartment is like the photo, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the dinner on site, a nice tagine. The next morning breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Rachid and the ladies were always ready for any questions or desires you have. Despite the spicy slope, I could go back to the blue house in no time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was super nice and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel welcome. Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of her guests, with lots of little touches. We didn't need anything. The stunning view of the Mediterranean is a real asset, not to mention the walking distance. The house, its amenities, location and the quiet on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae's, forget about the mosquito and humidity worries you may face in beach houses. She thought of everything! In short, we will come back without hesitation! Thanks Asmae Amine & Inès

very neat apartment close to the beach. we had a nice stay and would love to come back again. the communication with the host was good and always accessible if there was anything. the apartment was a 2-minute walk from the beach and various restaurants and cafes. It was nice and quiet and the complex is secured. the apartment was clean and equipped with what you need. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

We had a great time at this apartment located in a villa. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and perfectly maintained. The setting is ideal for resting, in a very quiet and soothing environment. In addition, the host was extremely responsive and always available to answer our needs or questions. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!
