It is located close to the center of Castelnau de Médoc (Intermarché, Casino, Lidl), ten minutes from the prestigious Route des Châteaux and 25 minutes from the Ocean (Lac de Maubuisson, Carcans, Lacanau and Hourtin). Bordeaux is 35 minutes away as well as Mérignac Airport. The property is fenced and its garden has garden furniture, sunbathing. The barbecue will also be available for grilling.

On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. In order to enjoy the jacuzzi which includes 6 places, an extra 30 euros per rental day will be requested in addition to the reservation. Jacuzzi is available from 9h to 22H.
