Home was super sweet and lively but private for guests— everything as described. Would recommend for those looking for a place to rest at an affordable price.

This is a wonderful townhouse in the Mt Airy neighborhood. The bedrooms are very large, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The place is a short walk from restaurants and retail in Mt Airy and Chestnut Hill; an easy drive to reach other parts of Philadelphia. We found street parking plentiful and the neighbors delightful. We will be back!

This trip marked the first time my family and I booked an Air BnB in Philly. I went in with certain concerns, yet Safiya's property quickly quelled any remaining doubts. The property itself is as advertised and located in a vibrant, safe community. Our host was proactive in reaching out to address any potential concerns and highly responsive to any inquiries we had. The apartment is a 25 minute drive from downtown Philly with ample public transportation options available. For any future trips to Philly, this location will surely be at the top of our list. Thank you for providing a safe and comfortable "home away from home."

I was in the Philly area for an extended work stay, and this apartment perfectly met my needs. Located in a very peaceful area of Chestnut Hill, it is a short walking distance to several really good restaurants and 2 great coffee shops! I had previously stayed at another one of Sanjiv’s properties and he is always a very kind, responsive and impeccable host - with a great team. I would definitely return!
