Beautiful and newly built home in the heart of MDI! This 5000 sq. ft space is your perfect home away from home. The main floor kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven, electric stove, double door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 6 and there’s also seating on the kitchen bar for 4. We are about 6 miles from Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor and the busy town of Bar Harbor. The home is located on a secluded woodsy area.

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round!
