A 100-year-old pure Japanese house "Porridge" in the heart of Miyazu City You can experience old-fashioned Japanese life with antique old folk tools, stairs, and Nagamochi (wedding equipment that houses futons, etc.). Nestled in the back of Wagiomiya Shrine, the celebration of the shrine echoes quietly. Beyond that is the Catholic Church of Miyazu, one of the oldest wooden churches in Japan. 8-minute walk (600m) from Miyazu Station, 5-minute walk to the sea.There is a supermarket, a convenience store and a laundromat within a 5 min walk. It is in a prime location, just 15 minutes by bike to Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic spots. At the end of the line of pine trees, there is "Moto Iseko-jinja Shrine", which is famous as a power spot. You can get to Ine no Funya for about 1 hour by bus from Shiyakusho-mae for 400 yen one way. The Tottori Sand Dunes, a tourist attraction, are about an hour away by car, and there are several nice tourist spots and recommended cafes in the town.
