Monthly Rentals in Mount Lafayette

My wife and I spent our ski vacation at the cottage. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The cottage is surrounded by trees and in a nice, private spot on the property. One morning we had deer greet us as we stepped out onto the porch. We had a great time staying at the cottage and in the Sugar Hill area.

The backside of the house has a great view of hills, foliage and sunset. Therefore, one can enjoy the view from the porch, the kitchen, the living room, or the two bedrooms upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. With three bedrooms upstairs the house can accommodate 6 people very comfortably, and up to 8 people with the additional bunkers beds in the basement. Our group spent a long weekend there and had a great time! We all agreed that it offered very good value for the price we paid! By the way, the house manager, Anthony, has been very communicative and helpful.

I felt right at home in Meghan and Jason's cozy place in the mountains. Convenient and quiet, it was the perfect space for me to rest and use as a base while at a conference at the Omni and squeezing in a few hikes! Meghan was so friendly and gave me great advice on where to access trails and grab a sandwich. I've stayed at many air bnbs, and while this may seem like a small detail it made a huge difference to me that the plants were real, not sterile plastic. Thank you for that welcoming, human touch :)

Everything about the red star retreat was perfect! It is perfectly situated, easy access to several attractions. There is a lovely cafe right around the corner for delicious coffee. Julia, the host, was so polite and responsive. Checking in and out was a breeze. But the one things that really stood out was how well stocked the kitchen was! The garlic press and cast iron skillet made all the difference with cooking! We will definitely be returning.
