Monthly Rentals in Mount Perry

We only stayed for 1 night but it was beyond wonderful! Nothing like the morning fog over I nice farm view from the deck. Hospitality and service were amazing! The goodie basket of farm fresh eggs, bacon and muffins with a bottle of milk definitely did not go astray! Would 100% recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay!

Gail was so incredibly accomodating. We felt so much at home and like we were staying with family. They even went to the trouble of taking my 5 year old out on the tractor and drive on mower. This place is a little gem and we are so happy we could stay here. We hope one day to return.

Lovely, off-the-highway spot for a road trip stopover. Comfortable and quiet with lots of thoughtful touches. Easy access to Apple Tree Creek and Childers. Would happily return.

Kev’s Cottage is the Pinnacle when it comes to accommodation for itinerant fisherman. The cottage is located a short drive from the public boat ramp at Lake Monduran. It has everything you could possibly want, from a shed to park up the boat and charge batteries to air conditioned, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The stocked fridge and local produce available for purchase while staying at the cottage is very convenient and well thought out. I’d have no hesitation in returning or recommending to friends 😊
