Located in the heart of Sumner village centre, The Sumner Loft is an award winning architectural apartment with ocean glimpses. It has open plan kitchen, living and dining and slider doors onto an sunny outdoor deck. Two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a compact bunk room for the kids with 4 bunk beds. With underfloor heating on the lower level it’s lovely and cosy in the winter. Perfect for a holiday by the beach with the advantages of being in the centre of a bustling village.

A beautiful private hill-side sanctuary in Sumner overlooking Christchurch with a clear view to the southern alps, estuary & the whole of pegasus bay. This ecologically & sustainably designed home off a private lane surrounded by native bushland with arguably one of the best views in town. With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.
