Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Cozy Bungalow in SE Portland

This home is cozy and bright, quiet and restful. Located in south east Portland you can enjoy the lovely hikes and hot-springs south of Portland along the Clackamus River, while also being close to all the fun things the city has to offer. The house is about twenty minutes from downtown , five minutes from Woodstock, ten minutes from Hawthorn. Our home comfortably sleeps six, but it also perfect for a couple. It is cute and welcoming, and is always kept very clean and tidy for our guests.

A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

Our basement has been newly renovated. Brand new bedroom, beautiful bathroom and living space. The living space includes a 57” Smart TV and couch. The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
