Open to a 2 week minimum and month long rentals. This beautiful home is five minutes to town but nestled into big majestic pines, firs and oak trees, this cozy home has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and ample light for an inside, outside feel; Private but close to downtown Mt Shasta. This home has one bedroom upstairs with a comfortable King size bed, downstairs there are double & single futons on the floor. Enjoy star gazing in the Hot Springs Hot Tub off of the back patio!

This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Our spacious Guest Cottage is located in a quiet mountain setting with a spectacular view of Black Butte & Eddy Mountain range. ( 7 miles from downtown). Surrounded by beautiful trees in a quiet neighborhood where you may see deer, quail, squirrels and rabbits passing in the neighborhood.
