Washer/dryer Smart TV with premium streaming services The front porch, side porch, and the yard on that side is all private and for you to enjoy. Please note, I live next door, and I have a dog.

There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer.

The pool (indoor & outdoor) and hot tubs are free to renters as is fully equipped gym (all year) and tennis courts in summer.

The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.
