Monthly Rentals in Mount Tabor, Portland

I had been traveling for so long , exhausted it was so nice to let go and relax at Camilles cottage loved looking out the window at the bamboo forest and listening to the rain , enjoying the little skywindow~ very restful , and a lot of fun stuff to do all around ! Good coffee , restaurants and all the fun that Portland , Oregon has to offer ! enjoyable stay for me !

Great spot to spend a few days, walkable to morning coffee and many other things. I enjoyed my stay!

The Mt Tabor Treehouse was a unique find and a fun stay. Perfect for a couple or a family with one child. Beautifully designed little cabin in a great residential neighborhood that backs up to Mt Tabor park with its gorgeous views, trails and playground. The space was designed for efficiency but has beautiful windows throughout, an enclosed deck for privacy and a full bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, fridge, microwave, large toaster oven and a two burner cooktop. The local amenities- Pendleton blankets, Oregon coasters and Powell bookstore pint glasses are nice touches. Keep in mind this is an ADU behind a primary home so you need to be mindful of neighbors, and only has street parking available. If there is an event at the park it may be difficult to find parking near the house. We did have some issues with ants in the unit (apparently common in springtime in Portland) and Jia offered to have the premises sprayed. The additional twin bed above was too small for our teen.

My daughter picked this spot, it was for our adventure back to Oregon after 11 years away, and what a perfect pad it was. Magical trees, cute house, neighborhood felt like home. The location had easy access to all the things, and the unit was perfect chill pad for us after all our adventures. We came back to the lab, opened a bottle of wine, played scrabble, and listened to some sweet music. What a treasure.
