It is not a party pad as it is my primary home with my fabulous neighbours not too far away. Float or skate on the lake depending the season. This converted cottage is perfect for soaking up the sun in the summer or your cozy chalet when skiing at Martock. Wineries are as close as 30 min away!

Close to Highway links to central Nova Scotia and the Annapolis Valley and South Shore. This garden cottage is set amid lawns and flower gardens overlooking Rocky lake. Wake to the sounds of loons calling , relax on the deck in the evening or fall asleep watching the moonlight dance on the rippling lake surface. Depending on the wind direction you may watch a few flights from a distance descending on their landing approaches to the airport or for train spotting enthusiasts, normally two trains will pass the property, one late morning around 9 am and the second, early evening around 9 pm. Lakeview is one of the oldest planned summer communities just outside of Halifax and is a safe and secure neighbourhood .
