What an amazing find, the villa was spotless and Dimitris was so welcoming bringing gifts of cake and wine. The location was beautiful and we could not have wished for more. The pool area was spacious and we were close to wonderful beaches and restaurants. We would describe this villa as a true gem. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we feel blessed

I’m not sure where to start. The hosts are beyond incredible and hospitable, they took us to the shops, brought us things when we needed them and asked how we were throught. Tammy and Babis were so wonderful. The place itself is a marvel, you’re surrounded by swathes of raw nature and combine that with the outdoor amenities, you’d wish you were there all day. Such a clean, pristine place. Me and my friends were speechless, by the quality, the hospitality and the experience. I absolutely recommend this place and hope to come again in the future!

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

Irini is an amazingly sweet and service-minded hostess. Cleaning was done during our stay and clean towels in the house and by the pool. We arrived at the loveliest gem of a home in really good condition and very nicely cleaned. Likewise, with a little delicious in the fridge upon arrival. The hostess helped us with everything we might need and spoiled us with a delicious Greek dinner and specialties. We felt really at home and have had 14 wonderful days in villa Coral with a super hostess. Top recommendations from us

Just back from a fantastic week at villa dionysos in the beautiful Spartia. What an amazing place to base yourself to explore Kefalonia. You really need a car here, think we might have struggled without. The pool was stunning with a view out to the sea and we loved watching the super yachts moored there.

One of the nicest places we have stayed, quiet location with breathtaking views. Spotlessly clear villa with all of the amenities you could need. Very responsive host. Quiet location and only a short walk to the beach front. We would definitely stay here again.

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

We had such a lovely stay at Grace’s. We booked both apartments for a family group, which worked well. The villa is charming with the most beautiful seaviews. We spent a lot of time just watching boats coming and going in the changing light. It has a very homely feel, with plenty of places to sit in comfort. Aircon & mosquito nets were very welcome. Pool is small but enough to cool off in. Grace was very proactive with information prior to arrival, which was helpful and very responsive with any queries. We absolutely loved Kioni, couldn’t get enough of the warm, clear sea. We hired a boat from George a couple of days, and swam in little bays, would thoroughly recommend. Good choice of authentic and fine dining. Would suggest discussing access if important for your group, as it’s not easy for anyone with mobility issues. Steps from parking, and down to the pool and although we were able to walk comfortably to the village, it proved too much for my parents. We would definitely go back.

Amazing accomodation overall. The most wonderfull seaview from almost every window. Everything is better than the photos, super clean and spacious, with attention to every bit of detail to make you feel welcomed . The hosts super kind, fast responsive and very helpful. The location is easy to find with some very good instructions. Close to many beautifull beaches and main roads. I highly reccomend this accomodation, its truly a gem on the Island!

Our stay was very nice and familiar overall! The host family was incredibly helpful and open, which made us feel very welcome. A small point of criticism was the constant barking of the dogs, which was sometimes a bit disruptive. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and appreciated the hospitality.

We had a great stay at Villa Maria (the bottom floor of this set of apartments with a shared pool). Dionisis and his family were very welcoming and made everything super easy. A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Thanks 😊

Our host Aggelika was great and super friendly. The place was 5min away from pedestrianised area with all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for 2 of us.

It was really great! What a fantastic view of the sea, with opposite, very in the distance mountains. Really a picture. Large garden with various seating areas, hammocks and a floating bed, sun loungers, etc. Just keeps standing on your retina, so beautiful. We had rented for 6 days and even in between the house got full cleaning again, the bed was changed, etc. The host was very friendly and proactive, if we needed anything like bbq, they also came to bring it. We rarely write a review, but this was so nice, you give it to someone else too.

Wonderful and peaceful place. It was clean and tidy. Zicos was very kind to us, leaving some welcoming fruit and helping with tips for beaches, villages and the necessary hot-spots to enjoy Ithaki. Sunrises and sunsets in the terrace looking at Cefalonia were overwhelming and made us stay at the place more than we thought. We’ll repeat for sure.

Christina is a delightful host who welcomes you personally and shows the house. the house is a marvel with two large rooms, an amazing living room and a huge terrace with a fantastic view. very nicely decorated and plenty of amenities. the house is a gem close to everything.

A place where you just feel good! You will feel at home. The house is very well-equipped. All that would be missing is deckchairs on the terrace to enjoy the cicadas singing among the olive trees so that everything is perfect. No swimming pool but an outdoor shower allows you to cool down when it's very hot and rinse your feet back from the beach. There is air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Ideally located in the center of the island, about 30 minutes from the essential points, 45 minutes for the ends of the island. Car essential. A small negative point, cleaning was not done on arrival (floor, sink, fridge), you should not be demanding on this point. But we have informed Ioannis (who is not on site) who, we are sure, will be sure to pay attention to this for the next few. Finally, there is a misunderstanding in the listing. Breakfast is not included. There is water, soluble coffee, small individual portions of strawberry jam, and that's it (and out of pdj: a bottle of wine for the stay). No breakfast or person to bring it to you as we expected it to be (which is normally the case in other Airbnb's in the world when the mention "breakfast included" is indicated). That's what directed our choice of budget and we were "surprised" when we arrived. Despite these 2 small points, we already know that if we return to Zakynthos, we will return to this peaceful house with a beautiful view of the mountain.

We loved our stay at Kyriakos and Christina’s villa, the place is stunning with the most amazing views. The place was spotless with everything needed for our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very helpful and Kyriakos greeted us upon arrival, despite us being earlier than we thought. He was a perfect host, making us feel very welcome. I would recommend this villa and would recommend hiring a car to visit Tsivili and Planos for evenings out

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

Such a lovely place in the nice village of Spartia. The house is perfectly clean and very functional. Shops and beaches are close to the house. Also, the communication with Dimitris and Xanthi was fluid and kind. I highly recommend this place for your next holidays.

My girlfriend and I had the best time at Nick’s Place. We really really loved it!! The house was amazing, cozy and beautiful and a fun change. It felt like something from a dream. Loved everything about our stay, great place to relax and recharge your batteries. Didn’t mind the Rooster crowing after the first night, and loved being out in nature. Definitely going to return, 100% recommend! Don’t be scared off by the “loud” reviews, this place is wonderful!!!

Lovely place with a friendly host. The beach and many restaurants are very close. Clean sheets and towels in every 3 days. We loved staying there!
