Carolina's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for my month's stay. It had everything need for a comfortable stay, it was well located, and very quiet for being in the city. Internet, hot water, water pressure, washing machine were perfect and worked flawlessly. Carolina was a perfect host that went above and beyond when it came to accommodating me. She was beyond responsive and friendly, and assisted me with several things completely unrelated to our Airbnb transaction. Carolina made me feel welcomed and left a wonderful first impression of Spanish people. I could not be more grateful for all the support I received. Really, Carolina, thank you so much! I highly recommend you as a host, you are the best! :)

Very nice apartment located in the center near the Paseo de la Indepencia, less than 15 minutes walk from the Basilica of Nuestra Señora del Pilar. It is rather spacious, quiet despite its central and bright location because on the 8th floor (with elevator), in a very well maintained residence. It was impeccably clean and matched in every way to the description. For parking, parking Indigo - El Carmen in the immediate vicinity (count 21 euros / 24 hours in April 2025). María José and her husband Paco are extremely kind and concerned about the comfort of their guests.

Great place! As a business traveler, I like the quiet neighborhood, the fact that there are two beds with different mattresses (so I can choose how hard I like it), as well as the close proximity to the tram and bizi bikes. The place was sparkling clean, the choice and quality of the furniture is way better than your average Airbnb, it has everything I needed, and the host was very friendly and responsive. Will book this pace again!
