The apartment is located in center of Hammamet, it is on the 3rd floor with a beautiful sea view and the garden for hotel opposite, it is very well ventilated so that you will not need to air conditioning in summer, but there is still air conditioning in summer + central heating in winter. it is perfectly well equipped. It is located in the tourist area of Hammamet center, exactly opposite the Hotel Bel Azur, 10 minutes max walk from the beach, close to all shops and comoditie.

We are renting out two adjoining studios attached to the family home. These have independent access. They share a garden, terrace (with private area for each of the studios) and a small pool. We offer a real Airbnb experience, so sharing and friendliness are the watchwords. As we are always asked the same question, I would like to point out that the pool is to be shared between the guests of the two studios and that we have never had to manage its access.
