I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

This was really my best ever airbnb experience. Naili and his family helped me out with issues such as parking and they were always friendly attentive and very quick in their reaction. It is very hard to find such big apartments in Tbilisi and this apartment is perfect for a big family. It is in the middle of city life, super central and you can reach everything by foot. the apartment was very tidy and clean. The price is really really good too. So happy to have been here!

Wow. We absolutely loved our stay at Nika's place. We are a family of 5, staying with 3 young children (aged 6, 4 & 1), and Nika's place was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a loungeroom, kitchen and large balcony area. The view was lovely, looking onto the river and the mountain, as well as a wonderful view of Jvari Monastry, which lights up at night time. We loved being located on the market walking street, and having the Check-In garden restaurant underneath us with great staff, as well as many other little restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery and fruit mart. We stayed for 5 days, and could have stayed longer, as it was just such a peaceful, lovely quaint place to stay with kids. We really loved Nika's place and highly reccomend!

The apartment fully corresponds with the description, the apartment has good internet and a comfortable table for work. It was convenient to walk downtown, everything was close, the location was great. Recommended to book!

Everything was fine! Iamze was allways available on the phone, when I had any question. I enjoyed the stay at Iamzes place a lot.

The place was quite charming and sweet, with a central location that made getting around easy. The door lock was a bit tricky to open, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Archil’s apartment in Tbilisi! Located in the lovely Vake neighborhood—one of the best areas in the city—the flat is spacious, safe, and full of charm. The high ceilings and large bed made it especially comfortable, and it had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and great water pressure in the shower. The location is unbeatable—central yet peaceful, with plenty of amazing cafes, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, and beautiful parks just steps away. Archil is a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and made everything very easy. This place is truly a gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a hot khachapuri until our check out, Ani was an amazing host, texting back right away and being very accommodating. The apartment is something out of this world, it feels like you are in a palace. The floors, the furniture, the views are quite impressive. Best place to stay in Tbilisi for sure.

There were small problems with check-in and heating. The owner put us in another apartment, which was much better. Therefore, I can recommend these owners. Problems are being resolved. The apartments were clean and cozy. I would stay here again

Great value for money. This is my second time staying here. The apartment corresponds to the description. Yes, sometimes a little outdated, but it overlaps with its size, buns (for example, a roof with a grill) and a responsive host. Merab responded as quickly as possible and was always ready to help with any question. We were satisfied

Fantastic 2 week stay. The apartment was large enough for the whole family and had everything we needed. Zarina was always helpful and quick to reply. Check in and out was smooth and we’d be happy to stay here again.

We rented this house to celebrate our birthday with a group of friends. This is a lovely quiet place with very beautiful nature, the house is warm and clean, has everything you need for a holiday and a longer stay. Hosts were responsive and ready to quickly resolve any issues that arose.

Thank you for this great home! We really enjoyed our time in the hot jacuzzi and had a wonderful barbecue.

The truly lovely place with a magnificent view and in proximity to Tbilisi. Although not recently renovated, it remains a pleasant house. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as a leak in the shower and somewhat steep stairs (I bumped my head a couple of times while descending at night, so please exercise caution). Maia is an exceptional host and was incredibly accommodating.
