Gerrit's apartment is very clean and modern. Check-in was convenient and straightforward. The apartment is located in a quiet side street (car-free zone). Nevertheless, you can reach the S-Bahn (suburban train) stop in about 3 minutes. Bakeries, cafes, etc. are also reachable in a few minutes' walk. I can definitely recommend the apartment.

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus was the two big standing horses that our 5 year old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the ping pong table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already considering when we can come back!

Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

We were a group of 10 friends looking for a simple place where to sleep for a weekend. The appartement was great, similarly to the pictures and descriptions. The Check in instructions were extremely simple and precise. I highly recommend!

We were two couples staying for two nights and the whole house suited our needs very well. The house is a little bit rural, but it is still close major cities (Frankfurt, Cologne, etc.). It is a very charming house and looks as it appears in the pictures.

We loved our stay at Dragos's place. He communicated very smoothly and the house met expectations. There are really 5 full bedrooms and it's nice that everyone has their own place. We especially wanted to visit Cologne ourselves and found the location of the house ideal. You can leave your car safely and tram line 18 is within walking distance.

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development with all the latest standards. S-Bahn and tram within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Great communication with tips and tricks for the city!

Upon arrival following clear instructions, the place was easy to find. We were created by a strange smell inside the building but this did not last. The place was clean and well stocked. Could benefit from some plastic utensils to use on non stick pans (the only nit pick). Location was great, peaceful and quiet with good access to Köln. Local playground was epic for the kids we all loved it. We would happily stay here again without hesitation. Cheers

We spent a few very nice days in the apartment on Lake Bigges and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen. A highlight is the great lake view, which can be enjoyed from both the living room and the covered balcony. In good weather, the area invites you to take walks, bike ride or excursions to the water and if the weather does not play along, for example, a visit to the Attah cave nearby is worthwhile.

We were completely satisfied with the apartment. Clean, quiet location, and equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen was as well equipped as it was no other before. We loved this apartment, right on the Rhine River. The view is amazing and the apartment is large, clean and very well furnished. The bed we used was comfortable (there are two beds, one in each spacious bedroom). and there are metal shades that help a jet lagged person sleep. The surrounding areas are beautiful and walkable. Even though we had difficulty finding the apartment, we would highly recommend it to others who were new to the area and not driving, like us. We look forward to returning next year and love the city of Koblenz, especially for its walking options and the charm of the old city.
