Our home is in a single-family settlement and is quiet. You can park right in front of the house. A spiral external staircase with 21 steps leads into the apartment from which you have a beautiful view of the place and the elevator An der Finne. They come directly to the bedroom with three slopes and a skylight above the bed. Here you will also find the TV, a seating area (extendable sleeping chair) and the shower. A frosted sliding door leads to the kitchen-living room with fridge, dishwasher, cooking facilities (without oven) and wardrobe. Dishes, toaster, coffee maker, kettle are in the kitchen cabinet. A shelf with the current tourist advisors, children's books, a few games and some space for kitchen ingredients. Of course, with WELAN connection. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Here you can book apartment 3. This is in the house on the first floor and offers space for 4 guests with two double rooms. (2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom - just for your travel group) In the courtyard there is a cozy wooden hut for larger groups, a grill and lockable rooms for your bikes.
