It's a quiet place, we were very well received. It is located about 30 min walk from the city center but you can ask to book a tuk tuk by asking the person from the hotel. The lady is very kind, accommodating and very available. The kitchen she makes is very good. I highly recommend this listing!

We had two good nights of sleep. Although there was some construction noise in the afternoon and evening, it stopped around 21:00, so it didn’t bother us much. The host was very kind and provided detailed instructions for our late check-in and early check-out.

A beautiful and spacious apartment, comfortable beds and a relaxed living area made this place a worthwhile and welcoming break from exploring Sukhothai. It may be located further away from the old town/ Historical Park, but there are transport options (local tuktuks, Grab, etc.) available, or you can hire a scooter nearby to get around. 7/11s and some local restaurants are in walking distance (8-10 minutes), as well as the night market. You can also dine in at AJ's Grill for delicious burgers and fresh salads! All in all, we warmly recommend this place and would book it again, without question :)
