The Listhús is located in the middle of the small mountain village of Maxen. Surrounded by meadows and fields and pure nature. Many hiking opportunities are offered here and excursions to Saxon Switzerland or nearby Dresden. After an eventful day, you can quickly relax in the small farmhouse with the adjoining garden. The small artists' house invites you to feel good and switch off from everyday life. Since it is a very old house, the ceilings are very low in places.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

The accommodation is next to a horse farm, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. The apartment impresses with its quiet location with easy access to Dresden or Pirna. Saxon Switzerland is only 30 minutes away. It is also conveniently located for winter sports enthusiasts, because the ski region of the Eastern Mountains is only 25 minutes away by car. Whether for a short vacation or a longer stay, the accommodation can accommodate up to three people. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook comfortably.
