The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. A quiet little spot between two lakes... perfect for unwinding, but definitely not boring. Whether it's the beach, water sports, hiking, cycling or fishing: there's something for everyone. If you like it cozy, you can spend time in the lovingly furnished holiday home, play a game of darts or billiards, or fire up the barbecue with delicious specialties from the butcher next door. You can end the evening relaxing by the fire pit. Leipzig and Halle can be reached in 30–40 minutes.

Spend the night in an extraordinary Leipzig industrial landmark: the 97 m² gallery loft spans two levels and features almost six-metre-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Located right on the water, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat mooring. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-person kayak, which is available for a small additional fee.

Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Holiday in the Seedatsche "Vierwasser“: the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that the holiday heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop oven, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the pointed floor, well thought-out lighting concept. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The apartment has free parking and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linens, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with lake view. The area offers many opportunities for hiking in the Dübener Heide, cycling around the lake or for excursions to Dessau with the famous master houses.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used.
