Spacious parking outside the door with access to electricity. Fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi via broadband, underfloor heating, smart TV with the most common apps. Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

The accommodation is suitable for people who love nature, quiet and relaxation. At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. With nature around the corner, you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in nearby ponds with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely renovated with a fireplace on the lower floor, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as an exit to a large outdoor patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where there are 4 beds, wardrobes and a small desk and a couple of armchairs.
