About this home The light-flooded studio (60 m², built in 2016) is located in the basement of a renovated detached house with a separate garden entrance, garden view and small seating area. Quiet neighborhood Bruderholz with direct tram connection: The tram station is within a 5-minute walk, there are two cafes and small shops. Downtown is 17 minutes away. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults with child from 12 years. Garden use and parking by arrangement.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The border triangle offers a wide range of activities related to nature (Black Forest, vineyards, Rhine plain, ...), culture (wine, theater, museums,...), cuisine and sights of all three countries.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a lovingly renovated house with a garden, near the city limits of Basel. It lies 9 minutes by tram from the SBB train station and right across from the idyllic recreation area Grün 80. The apartment is flooded with light and airy. In addition to the bedroom, there is a living room with a sofa bed , a workspace and a chill corner, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

La Borbiatte, beautiful chalet in the heart of the Jura

In the heart of the canton of Jura, in Switzerland, the hamlet of Séprais stands there, in a green setting, in the countryside. At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
