Monthly Rentals in Municipality of Čučer-Sandevo

Simon’s place was lovely and we enjoyed our stay! The views from the apartment and balcony are just gorgeous! Simon was kind and tried to make our stay wonderful. Simon supplied us with some water bottles, spices etc. We are 77 &65 yrs old and we were without a car. We walked into the Main Square which was around 3 miles and would take a taxi back. The price varied even when we used Google Translate, told the driver what we paid the day before and he shook his head yes. When we arrived he said 700 and I said you agreed to 365… was going to give him 400 anyway. He said 500 and I said no and he took the 400. All that being said staying at Simon’s was wonderful, only wished we had a car! BE KIND AND PASS IT ON!

Clean and comfy with fast wi-fi, it had everything I needed. The supermarket downstairs was a huge plus!

We really liked Sofija's place. It is a great find at one of the best locations in the city. In the middle of the most popular restaurant district, few steps from the city park and 15-20 min walk from the main square. There is a free parking area (but busy) across the street, which is such a rarity in that part of Skopje. The apartment feels spacious, with lots of natural light, clean and nicely decorated. Great soundproofing. Sofija is a great host, always available and responsive, gives great recommendations and advices. We would definitely stay at Sofija's place again and highly recommend it.

After staying here for a few months, I can fully recommend Aleksander's apartment. I'm really just echoing other reviews, but I'll point out that the apartment is in a great location, easy to walk to the park and downtown. Lots of food shopping and restaurants available within a few minutes walk. The living area has full-length large windows to let in lots of light (and blinds to cover). It faces east, so you get lovely morning sun and the afternoon is shaded, which is really nice for sitting on the deck to enjoy the trees, and to watch and listen to the many birds and local kids playing. It's quiet neighbourhood, very peaceful with little loud traffic noise. The apartment was clean and is well looked after, with Aleksander available if needed. The WiFi was suitable for daily remote working, around 40-50 Mbps. The heater/AC unit works well and quietly. It feels a lot more spacious than many other one bedroom units I've stayed in. I will stay here again next time I'm in Skopje.
