There is no final cleaning fee. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as access to the terrace and garden. Directly from the kitchen you can reach the bicycle garage. A wardrobe and guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor there are two rooms: one with a double bed, the other with two sofa beds for two people each. The living room has a fireplace, game library and balcony. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are also available. From 3 people, there is an additional living area on the 2nd floor, an additional living area with double bed, sofa bed and private bathroom is available. Sauna and gas grill are free to use. Pets are allowed on request, final cleaning fee: €25. Sauna use included!

The co-hosts, Thomas and Andrea Gademann, live on the ground floor. Dinner is usually available at the property by arrangement. There is a weekly menu with correspondingly changing fresh dishes and changing prices (€14-18). Anything else can be asked about by phone.
