The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..
