Monthly Rentals in Muratpaşa

Stayed at Elif’s and Celal’s place for a week with my family and it was an amazing experience. The place had all the amenities and matched the description. Celal was quick to reply to any of my questions, helped with check-in a lot and then gave plenty of recommendations on time-spending in the city. Highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay here. The home is very spacious. The living room is on one side of the house, while the bedroom is at the other, so one person can be awake and not bother others. The 2nd bedroom is in the middle of the hall, so it wouldn't bother that person either. The home was clean and felt safe. Heaters worked well. The location is more of a locals neighborhood (which is what we like), but only a few blocks to the tourist area that house the bazaars and many ancient buildings. There are also some wonderful restaurants right beside the home, including one right in front of the home. The hosts were super responsive, even bringing me some clothespins and a shopping bag when I asked if they had clothespins somewhere. The one thing to be aware of is the noise from the mosque and the school next door, which they mention. It is loud, but it didn't bother us except the early morning call to prayer. If you're sensitive to noise, I would suggest using earplugs.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gaye and Hüseyin apartment ! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to details. The host provided clear instructions on how to get in, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were surprised that there are only 5 apartments in the building (1 per floor)-so no neighbors around you 👍. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks, tee and water. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Bakery is just round the corner. The tram station is just 2 minutes walking. I felt completely at home and safe throughout my stay in this quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a top-notch experience, this is the place to book. Stayed here for a month. The place is in the very heart of the Kaleici Old Town which I loved. 3 min walk to some great museums and 3 min walk to the sea. Transportation to every part of the city is also close and convenient. Considering the central location, it was a great value for money. I would stay here again for sure.
