This lovely accommodation has a wonderful, unobstructed view of the park-like garden and the ducal estate and the Zugspitze. The bright dining room is cozy and separated from the small kitchen. The bedroom has one double feng shui bed, as well as an additional single bed separated by a curtain. The small shower room is modern and tastefully decorated. There is also a cozy, sheltered loggia accessible from the outside, where you can sit and eat.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance, and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extended walk.

The old drawing studio has been lovingly renovated and very individually decorated. It is surrounded by greenery, very quiet, and yet within walking distance(19 minutes) to Murnauer Altstadt. In 25 minutes you can walk to the frog lake or by bike in a few minutes. The many large windows of the drawing studio put you directly in the surrounding nature.
