Vacation rentals with breakfast in Murray River

The house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay! Lovely touches like bread, chocolates, etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and accomodating. Spacious house inside and out. Fireplace and electric blankets helped keep us warm at night. Farm views (and occasionally, smells 😅) were very peaceful.

This was a fantastic place we stayed at which was nice and private and had an amazing view. Fiona was very pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our needs, everything about the place was awesome and we would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

From the moment we walked in, this place felt like a time capsule in the best possible way! The décor captured the retro vibe very well. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the small touches: a retro typewriter, radio, vinyl collection, cozy lighting, and classic furniture that felt both nostalgic and fresh. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and respectful of our space. If you’re looking for a stay that’s unique, calming, and full of character, this is it. Highly recommend and would happily return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely, cosy/warm and well kept home. Bed was super comfortable and fantastic shower/bathroom. Also appreciated the tea/coffee and breakfast supplies left by the hosts. The location is super convenient and only minutes walk into the town centre. Check in/out was painless and communication with hosts was fantastic throughout. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay. We come for golf and the house is very close to the course. The beds are comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Breakfast provisions for the first morning very generous. Will stay again if we are playing golf in Naracoorte again.

This place is fantastic! A unique comfy home. Heaps of room. Super clean. Very comfy beds! I cannot think of a single criticism. it was perfection. Would happily stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Tina's. As the first time it was presented spotlessly and although compact it has everything you require for a comfortable stay. We would stay again if passing that way.

Amanda and Oliver were truly wonderful hosts. They responded promptly to all my inquiries and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house was absolutely beautiful — we especially loved the thoughtful interior design and the cozy atmosphere. What stood out the most was the care they put into every detail, from the breakfast setup to the well-stocked amenities — everything was arranged with comfort in mind. My parents and I felt so welcomed and at home. We were genuinely impressed and would love to return to this lovely home in the future. Thank you again, Amanda and Oliver — you’re exceptional hosts!

We loved our stay at Katri's place. The unit is in a fantastic location close to cafes, the river and walks in the state park. Katri made us feel very welcome, including some very helpful provisions on our arrival. The unit was very comfy and we all loved sitting outside on the patio, enjoying the weather and listening to all the king parrots.

Lovely little loft apartment a stone's throw from great restaurants and the main Healesville strip. Craig and Maggie were welcoming and we especially enjoyed the oranges for juice and breakfast bits and pieces that were provided!

We arrived early in the day and where in contact with a lovely lady Jan who let us in and showed us everything. There were supplies milk etc already there for use which was great. Great location, just down the road from amenities, restaurants, supermarket, cafes etc. Tram right along the main street for easy transportation into the CBD. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Northcote!!!! Thanks Jessica, Christine & Jan

Very comfortable stay. Came in the evening for a rest between a long drive. Was perfect for this short trip. Clean and modern. Good and fast communication.

Loved this so much. Tracy was such a lovely host and it was so comfortable and relaxing to stay here after a long car trip. Waking up to such a beautiful view was the best I wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic property, so many interesting pieces, super comfy bed and amazing shower. Good parking and an easy walk up to the main town. Good communication, hosts were no around but look forward to neeting them next time.

We had a great weekend stay at Fiona’s place. It was cosy & central to Daylesford with only a 10 minute commute out to the main town. It had everything we needed and Fiona was very helpful with details for check in. Highly recommend this space! :)

Great place to stay. It's clean and comfortably, very homely and welcoming. Rob is a great host and very responsive. The breakfast, fruit platter, cheese and nuts were wonderful extras. Easy to park. Very centrally located. Lovely garden. Comfy bed and facilities. Thanks so much Rob and Ade!

Paul and Jo’s place was beautiful, it had such a peaceful, homely feel to it. The decor was gorgeous! The breakfast supplies were ample and lovely and it was so nice to have a toasted Hot Cross Bun for supper both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the home more as we were out all day until late at night. Thanks for telling us about the kangaroos, we saw heaps but we were prepared by Jo and driving slowly :-) The sunrises were lovely (and bright) and the night view was amazing too!

Had the most amazing stay at Jan’s airbnb. The photos of the place don’t do it justice! It was so spacious and beautiful.

We had a most enjoyable time staying at Chris's AirBnB. The meal provided to us on the first night was delicious, and the breakfasts were great. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Chris was a great host! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay.
