Monthly Rentals in Murrayville

Great home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We came to Wilmington for a concert and a beach day at Wrightsville. The home was conveniently located to both and the Mayfaire area had plenty of shops and restaurants to visit during our downtime. Enjoyed unwinding in the backyard around the fire table. This is a great home with great hosts and I will definitely be looking to book again on any future trips to the Wilmington area.

The place was as advertised and worked well for our needs. All amenities were well met. The kitchen served nicely as it had induction stovetop, convection toaster oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and kuerig coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and access was good. She had outdoor lighting triggered for night time arrivals and comings and goings. The bed and furniture was more than adequate. Shower was spacious and well stocked. We had initial slight concern about accessing through the backyard, which we were told the dog used, but we only saw the dog once in our 3 day stay and it was quite calm and kept to it's own business and did not intrude upon us in any way so a non-issue in our opinion. As senior retirees we would stay here again and felt comfortable and safe.

Clean, great location, wonderful hosts, and amazing for dogs!

This was the absolute perfect place for our group of 3 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. I forgot a highchair and then opened up a closet and there was one, a pack n play and a baby seat! They had little extras throughout including snacks, waters and coffee and when we thought the hot tub wasn’t working they responded right away and offered to come over immediately to fix it. Turns out it was user error. I needed to check in early and they made that happen no questions asked. I honestly have not had a better airbnb experience and this will be hard to beat for all future stays. I wish I could stay at their places wherever I go. Thank you for making our trip truly a home away from home experience. Perfect family spot!
