The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Newly renovated until 2024, the farmhouse is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Fränkischer Wald Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together, but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorbike and car tours ...). Horses and dogs may be brought along.

Our mill house is a detached small half-timbered house renovated with a lot of love, nestled in a large, idyllic garden and part of the former grain mill located on the outskirts of Altingen. On two floors with a total of 120 square meters, the listed gem welcomes you and offers you everything you need to feel good. It is designed for 2 adults and families with children.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
