Welcome to our cozy one bedroom penthouse flat on the island of Brač boasting 65 sqm space and a balcony. Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

A private swimming pool and sun loungers as well BBQ facilities and outdoor dining is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Villa Roza is situated in the heart of olive's yard. Private parking is possible and reservation is not needed. A baby cot is available upon request.
