Wonderful weekend stay! A little tricky finding it at first, but the cabin was beautiful. We had to do some searching for places to eat locally. Highly recommend Pizza Factory and Deb’s diner in Shelby! We will definitely be back

Cozy stay with lots of amenities! Peaceful and private. Felt right at home. Kids enjoyed the pool at the club nearby which was about a 10min drive. Host was very responsive and accommodating!

Great little gem. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with everything. Host is super responsive. The cabin was clean and stocked. Definitely plan to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the amenities

Franks place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to family nearby, space for my kids to run, and a house that felt like home. Couldnt recommend it enough! We did not end up using many amenities he had to offer, but they were readily available to us if we wanted. Will look foward to staying again in the future.

I recently stayed at this charming cabin in Walkerville, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cabin is nestled in a serene, picturesque setting, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The interior is cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

very cozy and clean. bathrooms and showers definitely not equipt with heat. but other than that was very nice place.

The stay was great and Kurt was super friendly and responsive. I had to call when my service wouldn’t load the check in code for the door and he chatted and gave us directions to get to the lakes by the house - all walkable by the way. Great location and the pie the hosts made was delicious! Thank you and we’ll be back again!

Great place to come relax and de-stress. Clear air lots of trees. The stars at night are impeccable. Loved the easy access to the lake amenities. Fur babies had a blast too. Peaceful, quiet, and private.

We spent a couple days exploring Double JJ Ranch and Robert’s house was about 7-10 minutes from the ranch. Perfect location for us! It was a great house to rent.

My wife and I needed a quiet getaway and Tiffany’s place was exactly what we needed! Such a beautiful place, quite relaxing. A wonder refreshing weekend.

This was our second year staying in Mary K’s cabin. The location is unmatched. You can see and hear the lake through the trees. The path down to the private beach takes just two minutes. There is all the beach gear you need, and two fire pits for a beach bonfire. The cabin is cozy and does the trick for a beach vacation. We plan to return many times over.

Peaceful, private and serene! If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, with excellent food nearby, this is the place for you! Great host and beautiful surroundings, just what we needed.

very responsive host, place was super cozy and clean. everything was the way as listed and worked. it's a bit secluded but you're only 10-15 minutes from places to eat or the market.

We loved the location and outside space at the house! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach area too! It was a great getaway to end the summer.

We couldn't stay as we had planned but James was so easy to work with on our arrangements.

This was such a nice stay. When you’re staying in the middle of nowhere, I think it’s easy to think nefarious things when it comes to security cameras and homes with owners clothing in all the drawers, etc. HOWEVER! This house was very clean. Very well stocked. And clearly a well loved *family home*. We didn’t feel like we were under surveillance when we were there at all! We used the blackstone both nights. The picnic table was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked. The door lock was a tad inconvenient but nothing too horrible. It would’ve been nice to have blinds available but again, middle of nowhere. It also would’ve been nice to have easier access to cleaning products. Overall, we would likely stay here again!
