The loft is located in the basement and is cool in summer due to excellent insulation of the house. In the village, there is a hidden waterfall as well as a premium hiking trail along the "Roter Puhl." In addition, you will find the best restaurant "Kickert" in the region, a snack bar, bakeries, a hairdresser, a butcher, a pharmacy and an Edeka supermarket in Mettendorf.

A stylish eat-in kitchen as well as the bedroom with loft character is impressively characterized by the imposing sandstone walls. Enjoy unforgettable hours in the historic moated castle!

Sauerbléck Vacation Home

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. It measures 90m² and is surrounded by nature. The accommodation has two double beds and two single beds, a large kitchen (ground floor) and a small kitchenette (upstairs). We are currently undergoing renovations, so there are no photos of the other rooms yet. There is a terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. There is also a small balcony with tables. IMPORTANT: Reservations can only be made from September 1, 2025.

Our forest castle, as we call it lovingly, is ideal for all nature lovers, hikers and anyone looking for deceleration from everyday life. The house is situated in a unique secluded location on the edge of the forest and is completely renovated. Two apartments, each with its own entrance and terrace or balcony, offer privacy and comfort. The perfect starting point for the new via ferrata, hikes and excursions in the Felsenland Südeifel and in the nearby Müllerthal.

Hinkelshof - ecological, near Vianden & Müllerthal

We have been living on the beautiful Hinkelshof since 2018. The farm has a total of 3 double bedrooms with a large bathroom on the ground floor. In the outbuilding there is a large lounge with a pellet stove and self-catering kitchen. We live on the Hinkelshof and reside on the upper floors of the house, which is separated from the ground floor by a door. We also use the hallway between the guest rooms. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are for your private use.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Neuerburg is located in the heart of the Südeifel region and provides a great base for excursions in the area; it is also not very far to Luxembourg, Belgium, or even France. This medieval town has a castle, which can also be visited. In addition, there is a brand-new via ferrata with various routes within the village. Everything for your everyday needs is available on site, including a pharmacy and a doctor.

The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
