We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot tub, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. We are happy to loan you beach chairs. as of Nov. 2, 2023, the hot tub is out of service. Working on a solution.

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck.
