Cozy little independent studio with safe offstreet parking. Parking area and property is shared with the main house, but there is lots of privacy with a large covered porch that looks out over a veggie garden. Basic amenities provided so that you can focus on experiencing the great outdoors in the nearby state and national parks or any of the other local sightseeing opportunities. It is a very cozy space best suited for a couple or single guest. Or travel with a pet - fully fenced yard provided.

Located in sunny Cutten in a quiet, safe neighborhood on a street that dead ends. It is within walking distance to beautiful Sequoia Park. Guest suite with private entrance and small yard. This is a one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom and a full kitchen. My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
