We had a great stay at Wagtail. A gorgeously quaint renovated older style Queensland home, it had everything we needed. Melissa was a great host and communication was spot on. You have secure off street parking, a lovely large outdoor undercover deck to enjoy a morning coffee while looking at your own private pool. Melissa has thought of all of the extra special touches, including milk, Tim tams, bread and cereal complimentary. You have Netflix also if you wanted to watch a movie. The couch was comfortable as was the bed. A big beautiful renovated bathroom and a lovely kitchen with all extra gadgets. For morning coffee you have local traders coffee a 2 minute walk away and there’s also a self serve min supermarket a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you Melissa!

We booked one of Gerrys apartments for our employee/s who were working on some elevators in Townsville city . The apartment is in an ideal position for people working and travelling through central Townsville and provides a pleasant home away from home besides the usual hotel accommodation. Gerry’s place was just as presented in the photos and even though we didn’t really need a two bedroom apartment it was handy for us as our employee was able to park his boat right next to his unit. Gerry himself was prompt, pleasant and respectful in all our communication. We would definitely use Gerry’s apartments again if we working in Townsville and required such accommodation as Gerry was able to provide. Would recommend to others.

Are you having a baby? You won’t get a better location to stay! 100mts from the front doors of the Mater women’s and Children’s hospital. Walk to every appointment OB/Bloods/scans or a coffee at the three sisters! Even to get your brows done! Woolies is just across the intersection and there’s a playground on Bayswater road that’s literally right there as well. Wonderfully friendly hosts and extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Melissa’s place was great. Exactly as shown in the pics. The place was spotless and well equipped. A nice quiet neighbourhood and plenty of places to take the dog for a walk. Melissa was awesome to deal with. Very quick to reply. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. It is only a short drive into town and the sights. Thanks Melissa.
