Vacation rentals with beach access in Mystic, Stonington

Staying at Robert’s place was such a great experience. The property was beautiful, and the surrounding area was calm and scenic making it feel like a perfect getaway. Robert was super responsive and easy to talk to, which made everything smooth from start to finish. It was really nice meeting him in person—he even greeted us in Swedish and gave us a little tour of the place, which made us feel extra welcome. We look forward to come visit again to explore the area more!

John was a wonderful host - well prepared and very responsive! He took great care to provide somewhere we had everything we needed and more. it was a great place to stay and made for a great weekend!

It was great to browse through Sam's library! Amazing to wake up to beautiful sunlight. Adorable and fun layout for a home. Sam was extremely attentive, considerate, and responsive. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent deal - great to bring our own linens so we could have our dog with us. We felt the apartment was just perfect for our needs for a one-night stay for 2 people. Only suggestion for Steven - the wind whips through the stove vent at night it kept waking us up, so might be something to look into. I will be back with my dog when it gets warmer!!! There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

Kevin is a great Host - very responsible and accountable. We fully enjoyed staying his place. He was always willing to help while needed. The AirBnB is clean and has full of required amenities. We left some stuffs while checking out, he communicated quickly and shipped it out very fast. I highly recommend to stay at his place at East Lyme, CT.

You will not regret staying here. Mystic is a wonderful town and has something for everyone. More importantly though, Ale and Chris were wonderful hosts, were very responsive, and the check in/out process was was seamless. The house was everything we could ask for. Clean, tidy, and a quick walk to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and so should you!

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

This home was so beautiful- I think even better in person than the photos, and the photos are already beautiful. We felt so at home, Cathy was helpful, responded quickly for any questions I had, gave lots of information on the area and recommendations for food/coffee. Highly recommend!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.

Great little place to stay in Misquamicut beach! Super short walk to the town beach, and extremely convenient location for going to westerly or anywhere else in RI! Close to mystic/ Stonington also.

The Airbnb was an ideal location. Close walking distance to everything in town. The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.

Very nice accommodations, it was clean and we felt right at home. The hosts were friendly and professional in their communications and we really liked the little touches that welcomed us there. The location was close to everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
