Built in 1946, this historic cottage is where families come to make beach vacation dreams come true. Located just one row back from the oceanfront, enjoy ocean views from the living room, decks, & upstairs queen bedroom. With private beach access 50 yards away & walking distance to restaurants & shops, this central location is perfect for exploring all OBX has to offer.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
