Monthly Rentals in Naguabo

We had a great Christmas at the property. Vanessa even put up a tree and some decor for our stay. Would recommend to small families. Bedroom 3 with the batteries/inverter was a bit difficult to sleep in with the noise, but we made due. Very close to a kid friendly (if you have swim shoes) beach, it was very protected from the surf and was great for our 6 year old. Location is very tucked away from the touristy areas. A very authentic Puerto Rican Christmas vacation was had. 10/10 we would book again.

Maria and Jose were the most kind and generous hosts we have come across in our many travels. The apartment was immaculate. Their attention to detail with providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay was extraordinary. Arriving late, and not finding appropriate dining within walking distance, Maria showed up with bagels butter and soup. Sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and watching people was an evening treat every night. Due to a scheduling error on our part we would have been without a place to stay the last night of our vacation. Maria immediately arranged accommodations for us. I can’t tell you how warm and welcoming they were.

I enjoyed my stay at Rachel’s place. The home was just as described. Everything was clean. The temperature was cool. The beds were comfortable. The patio offers an amazing view of the Malecon, greenery, and surrounding area. The location was perfect, there are many restaurants and bars within a walking distance. The Fanduca beach is nearby as well. The Manager Tom had an amazing personality and was responsive to my needs. I definitely recommend this place.

Mark and Monica’s sugar shack was a highlight of our trip! The space was gorgeous, the view even more so. We made friends with the many coquis (they are pretty vocal at night) and even a few (large, but peaceful!) huntsmen spiders - maybe not for you if you’re afraid of them, but they didn’t bother us at all. The shower is AMAZING (snails!!!). We found it easy to feel right at home, and Mark and Monica’s offer to explore their edible landscaping and pick any ripe fruits was so kind. The location can’t be beat - like we said, beautiful views AND the ability to be in the heart of the rainforest OR the beach in 15 minutes. The fins and beach blanket and chairs were nice touches. We would love to come back soon!
