Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. Fantastic stay of a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well appointed, comfortable, just what it takes to feel good at 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night:-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, just a short walk away and easy at any age, restaurants and supermarkets nearby ... in short... nothing to complain about... happiness:-)

Janette's place is great. Quiet, with a magical view. The garden is good for the kids. The place lacks nothing, is very beautiful and functional. Everything is peaceful. Janette is an extraordinary person, kind and full of good advice. We had a lovely time there.

The accommodation is very pleasant (decoration, space, super beautiful terrace). It is located in a peaceful place to disconnect well and it is in proximity to tourist activities and for hikes. Friendly owners who do everything they can to make guests feel good. This is a lovely holiday home, everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or work stays. Fully equipped property with a beautiful kitchen, bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with very large space and comfort. We had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace with lake views. It's also a good place to start cycling tours in the area and enjoy Lake Geneva between Thonon and Evian. It was an unforgettable stay and we had an amazing time. We loved our internship stay with our young people, it's to be done again and we will be back.

the location of the accommodation is really perfect for taking nice walks without taking the car . Easy access to the lake , village center 5min away . the accommodation is spacious , the land well fenced , our loulou loved it. Adrien is very friendly and flexible about checkout times. despite the somewhat capricious weather, we really loved our stay .

This place is a dream. The view is spectacular but the apartment is also charming, very clean, and so peaceful. We have three small children and we loved the charming city of Yvoire and especially the town bakery. We did day trips to Chamonix, Annecy, and Broc (Switzerland)—it was one of our favorite vacations!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The neighbors are discreet but very friendly. The view from the apartment is amazing. The kitchen is well-equipped, it feels like you're at home.
