Amazing Olde Marco Condo, Beautiful Sunsets & Dolphins
Great One Bedroom, One Bath condo in Olde Marco Island. You'll enjoy great views of the bay and amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico.
You'll love all of the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings sitting on our back porch.
We’re very grateful that our property didn’t receive damage from Hurricane Ian in late September 2022.
During the Summer of 2022, we also updated the bedroom furniture, including an adjustable frame bed. We also added a recliner and a new couch with a pullout bed.
Fall 2023 Updates: During September and October of 2023, we're going to close this rental to replace all of the flooring, re-paint the entire unit, a complete bathroom renovation which will include a new shower, lighting, and vanity.
This condo was already great and now it's going to be even more fabulous. We purchased it more than 3 years ago and our guests love its location and Olde Marco Charm.

Easy to get to the beach of Marco Island in your rental car and parking in public lots.
We actually recommend you take a quick Uber or Lyft as you can get dropped off at access points and then get picked up later in the day. Super easy way to enjoy the beach.

ATTENTION SUNSETS SEEKERS!!! Entire private studio rental unit with keyless entry and private backyard. Close to the beach!! Great location! Less than a mile to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, also close to Wiggins Pass State Park, many grocery stores, and Mercato which is an outdoor shopping center with many restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. Free bike rental for guests staying multiple nights- message me ahead of time for details. No check out chores and the lowest fees on Airbnb!

Relax and enjoy Florida indoors and outdoors in this "mini-apartment". You can watch for roaming wildlife and enjoy the tall pine trees, palm trees, and cypress trees from the patio. The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.
