Wonderful stay! We were 3 people and we stayed 12 days in Nazaré's apartment. The check in/check-out, done quickly by the concierge. The Property combines: comfort, security and location. On arrival we noticed the impeccable cleaning of the property and the wonderful view of Ponta Negra and Morro do Careca Beach. Apt° has everything that is necessary for a great stay: very well assembled kitchen to make food or snacks, suites with excellent beds and Nazaré leaves a change of bedding, table and bath linen (with plenty). What to say about Nazaré (Super hostel)... a love of person! Simpathic, solicitous, always answering any questions quickly and gave us many tips on Ponta Negra. On arrival left us a delicious chocolate cake! We love everything and want to come back! Recommended! Come without fear!

We arrived at the apartment at dawn, and were very well received in the building's guardhouse, we entered the apartment with tranquility. Everything very practical and organized! I loved the cleaning and organization of the apartment. The leisure area of the building is wonderful! And the location very good tbm.. we eat at “Sabor da Rosinha”, we love it!

Excellent, without "but". Actually there was almost no contact, first because Olímpio itself already sends instructions that are very clear by whats, according to the fact that it is "self check-in" at any time. It's simple: just wait for the day and arrive at the front desk saying it's there for check-in. Limpeza, AP, Vista; impeccable accommodation.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. The house has a beautiful sea view, is spacious and very well maintained, the decor is in very good taste, with inspirational items and art. It has 6 en-suites, with comfortable beds, linens and clean, fragrant towels. New air-conditioners in great working order. The living room has a state-of-the-art TV, and well-planned furniture. The kitchen is an Upgrade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for cooking, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we bring. The pool is a spectacle, very good! The local security and the structure of the house are admirable. We felt very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And how could I fail to mention Rosi, our host, she is a sweetheart of a person. Happy!
